Single-occupancy room
A private room with a full-size bed, built-in wardrobe, and a dedicated study desk. Natural light, clean tiling, and daily housekeeping maintain a consistent standard year-round.
Double-sharing room
Two residents per room, each with a separate wardrobe and study space. Residents are matched for compatible schedules. The same cleanliness standard applies across all room types.

Gas stove, refrigerator, and cooking essentials are shared and maintained. Residents prepare meals on a scheduled basis to keep the space orderly.

A clean, open sitting area for residents to unwind. Maintained daily, with clear sightlines to the entry — comfortable and visibly secure.
Verified entry, every time
The entrance gate is staffed and locked after hours. All visitors are logged. No unannounced entry is permitted — a protocol that parents can verify on their first visit.
Residents receive a registered key and sign in/out after a set curfew. The protocol is transparent, applied consistently, and non-negotiable.
